Our shop is open from 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., Monday through Friday and from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. on Saturday. We are closed on Sundays. To help assure on-time delivery during the busy holiday season, place your order at least 2 day(s) prior to the following major holidays: Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year's Day, Valentine's Day, Easter, Administrative Professionals Week, Mother's Day, Memorial Day, Father's Day, Independence Day and Labor Day. Delivery Policies
Customer satisfaction is our priority. We will do our best to accommodate our customers’ delivery requests. We will always try to communicate any deviations from regular procedure. Please call, email, or message us on Facebook with any questions you may have.
Holidays and Special Events
There may be times when we may not be able to guarantee a specific delivery location, date, or time, especially during holidays and special events. So we can better serve you, please plan to place your holiday and event orders at least a week in advance. To confirm delivery availability, please call the shop before placing your order.
Special Delivery Requests
For specific delivery requests, please include the details under “special instructions” during check out. Same Day Delivery Same day delivery is usually available for orders placed before 1pm on weekdays and 11am on Saturdays, however, this may differ during holidays and special events. Any orders that could not be delivered same day will be scheduled for next day delivery.
Recipient Not Home
If the recipient is not home when delivery is attempted, we will either leave a note to pick up at the shop or call to schedule delivery. For out-of-town deliveries, we may leave the arrangement in a safe place or with a neighbor.
Funeral Delivery
For funeral services, we do try to coordinate with the funeral director to plan deliveries and moves accordingly. Any orders placed after the initial delivery with go out the next time flowers are moved. We do occasionally make Sunday delivery exceptions for funerals. Please place orders for Sunday services to be completed on Saturday.

Substitution Policy
Occasionally, substitutions of flower or containers may be necessary due to availability. We will do our best to ensure that any substitutions are as similar as possible and of equal or greater value. In the event of any drastic differences or unavailability, we will be sure to contact the sender for approval before we start the project. If you have something specific in mind, please call, email, or message us on Facebook to inquire about availability before placing your order. So we can better serve you, please plan to place your order a week in advance. This way we can plan our inventory accordingly to provide you with the freshest and most desired product.
Cancellation
We understand things happen. You may cancel a standard order at any time prior to delivery. To cancel an order, please call the shop right away.
Custom, large, or specialty pieces can usually be cancelled prior to being arranged. However, there are some instances where we may require a certain percentage to cover some cost and labor already applied. This will be determined on a case-by-case basis and at our discretion. Please call the shop as soon as possible.
Custom Commissions
Feel free to include customizations and preferences under “special instructions” during check out. If you would like to request a custom piece or project please stop by the shop, call, email, or message us on Facebook with the following details: location, date, price range, type of product, and a description of your ideas. We love picture references!
Order Questions
If you have questions regarding an order that was already placed, please call, email, or message the shop on Facebook. Along with your question, please provided us with the name of the sender and date the order was submitted, or the name of the receiver and the date of delivery. If you have a question regarding billing of an order placed over the phone, please keep in mind that debit and credit cards are often not processed until the order has been completed.
Hours of Operation
We are regularly open weekdays 9am- 5:30pm, Saturday 10am-2pm, or by appointment. Of course, this may vary occasionally with life events and holidays, but we will be sure to communicate any changes on our Facebook page. If you would like to visit outside of our regular working hours, please call, email, or message the shop on Facebook. We would be happy to accommodate as much as possible.
Taxes
Currently Nebraska states taxes are 5.5% and local city of Minden taxes are 2% for a total of 7.5% applied to transactions, unless except. Please specify if you are placing an order that is tax except.
